Wild Places Education is a non-profit, charitiable trust, we aspire to be a co-operative educational experience, with tamariki, whānau and community, utilising the natural world, and te ao Māori, as we grow as a community of learners, strong in connection to our place. We aim to work together to deliver amazing outcomes for all tamariki/children and whānau, to grow in our appreciation and knowledge of te ao Māori, and to reflect the love of the outdoors shared by so many in Māwhera and beyond.

We aim to inspire, to grow and to foster a love of life long learning, preparing tamariki and whānau as they begin the educational journey. We acknowledge that each tamariki and whānau bring with them their own unique skills, knowledge and understanding to share, making our learning together a richer experience.
